Dingo

Man (and woman's) best friend until the end - that describes the handsome Dingo! Dingo is a red ticked heeler, and he's both a couch puppy and a farm dog. When he's in the field, he's herding cattle and exploring the woods. When he's lazing about inside, he's hogging the couch or leaving you just enough room to scoot into bed beside him. When his momma is having a sick day, he cuddles beside her and follows her around like a shadow. I had the pleasure of meeting Dingo in person (so I could collect references for this acrylic painted portrait) and he was an awesome guy! So full of character, and also very well trained. I really enjoyed painting this for his human parents!
