Made on commission, here's my first ever Gourd Sea Turtle! He's numbered HR5, for "hyper-real #5".
This 7" long Green Sea Turtle is made of 2 gourds, wire, and clay. The gourds made the base for the entire body, neck, and head. Wire and clay then helped me create the rest. He's hand painted and mounted on a custom cut piece of cedar.
